The new T1300E Operator's Throttle - or simply "The OPS Throttle" - is our 4th generation wireless throttle which establishes yet another new benchmark for simplicity and budget pricing. Inside this value priced throttle are premium features and capabilities that our users have asked for or wished for in our prior generation throttles. Perhaps the newest feature is its internal rechargeable battery that offers more than 60 hours of continuous use - at a price that won't break your budget.

Simple Operation, Money Saving Features And Fully Compatible

This throttle is designed for operation. It is simple to use and is comfortable in your hand. The rugged design is perfect for hard working operators. As requested by many of our loyal customers, the OPS throttle eliminates the possibility of an operator accidentally changing critical setup information such as the ID number or the transmitter frequency. It works along with and is compatible with all of our EasyDCC wireless receivers.

Built-In Rechargeable Battery

A self-contained rechargeable battery saves a lot of money compared to expensive alkaline batteries. The internal, high-capacity lithium-ion battery provides more than 60 hours of continuous operation without recharging. Plus, an automatic power off feature turns off the throttle after 15 minutes of non-use. The battery is protected against overload and undervoltage. A low battery indicator turns on when there is about 60 minutes of remaining charge. A bright blue LED turns on when the charger is plugged in and turns off when the battery is fully charged.

Standard USB Charger

The internal lithium battery is recharged using a standard USB charger. Almost any USB charger can recharge the built-in battery. You can use the USB port in your car or, if you plan to have many OPS throttles, consider getting a USB multi-port charging hub. These are inexpensive and readily available.

Sleek Comfortable Case

After a lot of development effort, the OPS throttle has been fitted into our popular, tall skinny case. This style has proven to be a favorite for serious operators, allowing for one-handed operation. The case measures 1 inch thick, 6 inches tall and 2 inches wide.

Rugged, Classic Single Turn Speed Control

The large speed control is a classic single-turn potentiometer. It is robust with a heavy duty mechanical stop at the off position. Precise speed control is improved with full 320 degrees of silky smooth rotation.

Dedicated Direction Key, 13 Function Keys And Super Bright Indicators

In addition to a full keypad for numeric entries, the T1300E features a dedicated direction key and all LED indicators are super bright. There are 13 function keys, F0 to F12, just a keystroke away. Plus, a new feature allows turnout control without loss of F1 and F3.

Simple To Learn - Easier To Use

The OPS throttle uses just a few key strokes to select a locomotive. Just push the green # key, followed by the locomotive number and conclude with the green key and drive away. That's it. There are no complicated locomotive acquisition steps; there is no "throttle paring" and there are no "dispatch cords" to plug in.

Throw Turnouts Too

Just push the ACY key, enter the accessory decoder number and use the R-OFF and N-On keys to throw the turnout. You retain complete locomotive control including speed, direction and all 13 function key operation with the T1300E in the ACY mode.

16 Frequencies

A set of internal switches select one of the 16 available frequencies. There is also a burst operation mode for legacy systems.

Versions To Support All EASYDCC and Lenz Systems

The new T1300E is available in two different versions: - one for the latest EasyDCC System-6 software and the other for our older EasyDCC System-4 software which is also used with Lenz Systems. If you aren't sure which EasyDCC System you have, look at the Command Station's screen and the upper left corner will show the version number. If it says v6xx its is System-6. If it says v4xx it is System-4.
