Where can I obtain copies of all your instruction manuals?
You can download free copies of all Installation and Operation Manuals directly from the document center.
Click the Document Center tab on the left to go directly to the entire listing of manuals, brochures, guides and flyers.
Where do I purchase your system?
CVP sells directly to you and passes along the savings in the form of lower pricing.
You may order via phone, internet or mail.
How do you ship purchases?
We use First Class Mail, Priority Mail and International Priority Air Mail.
For an additional fee, we will use FEDEX.
What if I need help?
We offer free technical support for as long as you own your system.
Our business hours are 10AM to 3PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

What if I need something repaired?
Accidents happen and we understand that.
Should you accidentally damage something, we can usually fix it for a nominal charge.
Of course, we can't determine its repairability until we see it.
If you think an item needs our repair services, please call first to discuss your problem.
In many cases, the repair can be as simple as pushing a few keys.
If we can't fix it over the phone, we will issue a return-material-authorization (RMA).
Be sure to obtain this before sending anything to CVP.
Call during normal business hours to obtain an RMA.
Packages received without an RMA will encounter lengthy delays or might be refused.
