You may order via phone, email or postal service.

A printable order blank is available at the link. Download the order blank and fill it in. You can email a scan of the order blank or send it via postal service. Or simply call us during our normal business hours to place your order.

Terms, Conditions and Order Entry Notes

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on weight and distance. The charge will be calculated by the carrier's online tools and added to your order. We do not add extra handling fees of any type. You can always email us for an estimate.

Shipping Method: Postal Priority Mail is the standard method of shipping. For international shipments, US Postal International Priority mail is used. CVP pays for all insurance for orders exceeding $50. UPS and FEDEX are available for an extra charge. No CODs.

Pricing/Quantities: Prices based on latest price list. Prices are subject to change without notice and some quantities may be limited.

Payment: Cash, check, money order and VISA/Mastercard are accepted. All payments are to be made in USA dollars. Payment must accompany your order. Sorry, no CODs or purchase orders (POs). No Canadian personal checks or Canadian Postal Money Orders.

Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard accepeted. Be sure to include card type, card number, expiration date, name as shown on card and any other numbers shown on face of card.

Sales Tax: Texas residents must add 8.25% sales tax.

Returned Items: All returned items subject to 15% restocking charge.

Backorders: You may cancel a backorder at any time and receive a full refund.
